Program Description
The Oak Street Women’s Transitional House is a 6-women Community Living House for women transitioning out of homelessness from the Lompoc/Mid County Region.
Residents are referred through the CES process. During their stay, they receive case management with the goal of finding housing, as well as connections to all services needed to succeed in their new housing.
Services available to residents include but are not limited to case management, laundry facilities, shared kitchen and living areas, connection to other supportive agencies (Mental Health Services, Cal Fresh, Public Health, Addiction Services, etc), rapid rehousing possibilities and support for up to a year after finding new housing.
Program Qualifications
Homeless women from Lompoc/MidCounty area.
