Program Description

Mark’s House Transitional Family Shelter is a 5-family Community Living House for families transitioning out of homelessness from the Lompoc/Mid County Region.

Families are referred through the CES process. During their stay, families will receive case management support with the goal of finding housing, as well as connection to all services needed to succeed in their new housing.

Services available to residents include but are not limited to case management, laundry facilities, shared kitchen and living areas, connection to other supportive agencies (Mental Health Services, Cal Fresh, Public Health, Addiction Services, etc), rapid rehousing possibilities, and support for up to a year after finding new housing.

Homeless families.
