Countywide teams provide street outreach services to the homeless throughout Santa Barbara County. The outreach team works to engage and stabilize the most vulnerable individuals in our community by voluntarily placing them into shelter and housing or connecting them with other available resources.

Services are provided by small, skilled teams with expertise in the complex issues that are barriers to stability for this population. For individuals who are not ready to accept what services outreach has to offer, outreach teams continue to reach out and build motivation to ensure services are available when they are needed.
