Project P.R.E.M.I.E.

Perinatal Recovery Effort through Maternal Intervention & Education

This program is designed for pregnant and parenting women with dual diagnosis issues.  The objective of the program is to deliver drug-free babies and assist in the healing process of women and their children who have been affected by substance abuse.

The Program Consists of:

  • Positive parenting techniques
  • Substance abuse education
  • Recovery issues
  • Family & Domestic violence issues
  • Self esteem groups
  • Anger management
  • Dual diagnosed

 When outpatient treatment is not enough, TC House provides residential care with a warm “home” environment.  In addition to receiving day treatment at Project P.R.E.M.I.E., women staying at TC get extra support from experienced staff and peers.

TC House has a requirement of 6 months minimum stay, with a maximum of 18 months. The residential program can house up to 20 women and children at one time. Most are low income and are required to pay a fee based on a sliding scale.

  • Transportation
  • Child care referrals
  • Clean & Sober environment
  • 24/7 Staffing

We Can Help!
The staff at Project P.R.E.M.I.E. and Transitional Center will accept self referrals, and referrals from partner agencies and will work to identify women with drug and alcohol problems to establish an ongoing supportive relationship with them.


Who is Eligible?
Pregnant & parenting women and their children, who have alcohol or drug problems. Most services are available free of charge or on a sliding scale. Priority will be given to low-income women, and pregnant women with severe drug or alcohol abuse problems.
